Booking and cancellation policy

  • You can book as only by using a link on our website or Facebook page. It allows you to pick the exact date and time you prefer. After booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
  • Booking fee (session fee amount) is required to secure your date. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. The only exception are Communion and Confirmation sessions, where we require full payment to book the session. 
  • Strict rescheduling/cancellation 72 hours policy applies. Your booking fee, paid at the time of making your booking is refundable or transferable only with 72 hours of cancellation notice.
  • In the event of no showing for your appointment, your booking fee is forfeit respectively for the studio session. Further appointments will be offered only at the discretion of the studio.
  • If our studio will not be able to perform the session, due to the photographer’s illness, emergency or fire or other acts of God, the booking fee will be returned in full. The same refund applies in case of stolen, lost or damaged memory cards used during the session.
